Privacy notice
Scopevel stores only the information needed to operate your creative business workspace, produce documents, record approvals and manage your Scopevel membership.
Information Scopevel processes
This can include your account email, business identity, logo, address, clients, quotes, invoices, delivery dates, payment records and the bank or UPI instructions you choose to print on invoices. Never enter a UPI PIN, OTP, card number, CVV or banking password.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, save your workspace, create documents, verify client approvals, calculate business summaries, enforce membership access and provide support. Scopevel does not sell workspace or client information.
Sharing and service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Hostinger serves the website. Razorpay processes Scopevel membership payments. Google or Apple processes sign-in when you choose that method. A proposal link exposes only the frozen proposal intended for that client; bank and UPI details are excluded from proposal links.
Security and retention
Workspace access is isolated by account, sensitive provider keys stay on the server, approval links expire, and payment responses are cryptographically verified. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in account and shared links private. Beta records are retained while your account is active or as needed for billing, security and dispute records.
Your choices
You can download a private JSON backup or permanently delete your account from Settings. An active paid membership must be cancelled before account deletion. To correct beta data or ask a privacy question, email scopevel@rethinkingux.com. Requests are verified against the account email before action.
