Terms and conditions
These terms describe the current Scopevel beta. Please use the service only if you can enter into agreements for yourself or the business you represent.
1. Your account and business information
Keep your account secure and provide accurate business and client information. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having permission to use client details, images, and logos. Do not use Scopevel for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorised activity.
2. Quotes and client approval
You remain responsible for prices, taxes, scope, payment instructions, and the agreements you make with clients. Check every document before sharing. Anyone with a valid approval link can access that proposal, so share links only with the intended recipient. An approval records the supplied name, acceptance time, verified client email account and a fingerprint of the approved document. Email verification confirms control of that inbox; it is not a qualified electronic signature.
3. Payments, currencies, and reporting
Scopevel records payments you enter manually. It does not move funds or confirm a bank transaction. Exchange rates are dated reference information from third-party sources and may differ from the rate your bank or payment provider uses. Dashboard totals depend on the information you record and are not a substitute for accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You may choose to store a UPI ID and bank-payment details in your workspace and print them on invoices. Keep them accurate and remove them when no longer needed. Never enter a UPI PIN, OTP, card number, CVV, or banking password. Proposal links omit these fields; an issued invoice keeps the payment details captured when it was created. Clients pay you directly. Scopevel does not receive, hold, settle, or disburse client funds and does not charge a client-payment commission. Razorpay is used only for Scopevel membership billing.
4. Free and Independent memberships
New beta accounts receive a 30-day Independent trial without entering payment details. After the trial, the Free plan permits one saved project and excludes Independent-only features such as bank or UPI details on new invoices. Existing records remain available if a limit is reached. Independent is ₹299 per month through Razorpay for up to 12 monthly billing cycles, after which you may subscribe again. Checkout shows the amount before authorisation. You can cancel renewal from Membership; access continues through the paid billing cycle. Contact scopevel@rethinkingux.com for billing support.
5. Your work and data
You retain your rights to the content you provide. Scopevel processes that content to save your workspace and produce the documents and approval links you request. A shared proposal includes the business and client details shown on it. Keep copies of important documents and avoid including information that is unnecessary for the project.
6. Beta availability and changes
The service is under active development. Features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. Verify important records and keep independent copies. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law gives you.
